Disclosure response index

The records arrived.
Make them usable.

August arrived. September was requested. See the missing period, add its source and inspect the revised response index.

NISIHarbour / Fictional record

Harbour / Disclosure response

September received.
Review still open.

The index records the new period without losing the earlier source.

Another attachment.
Has it answered the request?

The client sends another batch. Before you can respond, someone must compare it with the request: the correct account, the right month, the material still missing. A full folder does not give you that answer.

The response index below ties each entry to its source and period. When September arrives, the entry moves from missing to received. The next step becomes review, rather than another request for the same statement.

The downloadable output is an internal response index. It does not reconcile balances or complete a financial statement. Confirm the available preparation workflow during early access.

Judgment remains yours. You stay in control.

The Harbour matter

The right month arrives.
The response index changes.

September is added. August stays identifiable. Counsel can see exactly which source now needs review.

The request and the received records

Requested: September current-account statement.

Received: August statement and 2025 notice of assessment.

Gap: neither source supplies September.

Fictional demonstration. Nothing is sent, filed or scheduled. Resets when you reload.

What the response
index tells you.

What does this example produce?

A downloadable plain-text working index with source identity, version or period, and unresolved work. It is a fictional website output, not an assembled filing or disclosure package.

Does replacing a source approve the work?

No. Receipt and revision are recorded separately from counsel’s review. Earlier records remain identifiable; unresolved questions remain attached to the output.

Can I use my firm’s forms and preferences?

Bring the required forms, naming conventions and preferred preparation steps to the early-access discussion. Confirm the supported format and output before relying on a workflow.

Give the next response
a clear starting point.
