Harbour / Working index

Working note v2.
Earlier copy retained.

The holiday issue is current. The exact dates still need instructions.

The old copy is easy
to carry forward.

The substance has been discussed. Then someone opens an older working note while preparing the next copy. The changed instruction gets lost, and counsel has to explain it again.

The working index below identifies the current note, retains the superseded copy and lists the unanswered questions. The next reviewer can see what changed before opening each component.

The downloadable output is an internal index. It does not assemble or approve the Court package. Confirm the available production workflow during early access.

The Harbour matter

Replace the entry.
Keep the open questions.

What does this example produce?

A downloadable plain-text working index with source identity, version or period, and unresolved work. It is a fictional website output, not an assembled filing or disclosure package.

Does replacing a source approve the work?

No. Receipt and revision are recorded separately from counsel’s review. Earlier records remain identifiable; unresolved questions remain attached to the output.

Can I use my firm’s forms and preferences?

Bring the required forms, naming conventions and preferred preparation steps to the early-access discussion. Confirm the supported format and output before relying on a workflow.

Prepare the next copy
from the current record.

Explore the preparation behind the index, or discuss your firm’s workflow.
