Cloudflare Web Analytics is active and cookie-free. The website’s fictional demo stays in memory; submitted early-access requests are stored in NISI’s database.
About this notice
This notice covers GETNISI, operated by NISI Legal Systems Inc. It describes the public website, not the live NISI application or external services you choose to visit.
Cookies and other browser storage can retain information between visits. Temporary state in an open demo and a request saved to a server are different forms of storage.
Current storage and analytics
- Signup and demo cookies
- NISI’s website code does not set cookies for the request form or fictional demo.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics
- Enabled on the live site. A browser beacon measures page usage and performance without cookies or persistent browser storage. See Cloudflare’s beacon documentation and our Privacy policy.
- Advertising and session replay
- NISI has not added advertising pixels or a session-replay service.
- Persistent browser storage
- The signup and demo code does not use local storage, session storage or IndexedDB to retain activity.
- Temporary demo state
- The open page holds demo choices and instructions. Reloading resets them; they are not submitted with an access request.
- Early-access database
- Submitting the form saves your request in Cloudflare D1. This is server-side storage. Clearing cookies or reloading the page does not remove the record. See retention and privacy requests.
- Browser cache and autofill
- Your browser may cache page assets or remember form values under its own settings.
- Cloudflare infrastructure
- Hosting and security functions are separate from the cookie-free analytics beacon. Some Cloudflare security or traffic-management features may use operational cookies when invoked. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation; the listed services are not all enabled on this site.
Your browser choices
This website has no advertising-cookie or analytics-cookie categories to select, and no cookie-preferences panel. Cookie controls alone do not disable a cookie-free analytics script.
You can manage cookies, site data, caching, autofill and script permissions through your browser. Blocking all JavaScript also disables the interactive demonstrations. To ask NISI to remove a saved access request, contact us rather than clearing browser data.
If the website changes
We will update this inventory if the site adds cookies, embedded services or other storage technologies. Any required consent or preference controls will reflect the actual technology in use.
