Built from the work of practice
You should not have to
carry it all alone.
Built by Ahmed (Ed) Tarrabain, a practising lawyer who uses NISI in his own solo family-law practice.
Read Ed’s story“I once thought a future in technology would take me away from law. Years in practice showed me what I had to build.”
Prepared by NISI. Directed by you.
Your judgment stays yours.
Follow a statement to its source. See what remains unresolved. Keep control of the next consequential action.
Trust & controlWhat is NISI, and what does it do for a law firm?
NISI is legal software tailored to you and your practice. It brings correspondence, documents, instructions and prepared work together around each matter.
See what changed, what is outstanding and what needs your attention. The Line puts decisions beside their sources and prepared work, so you can direct what happens next. Early access starts with Alberta family law.
Do I need additional staff to use NISI?
No additional staff are required simply to use NISI. Founder Ahmed (Ed) Tarrabain uses it in his own solo family-law practice. Counsel still directs the work, reviews the result and makes the professional decisions.
Follow the fictional Harbour matter from a changed instruction to a prepared brief and disclosure follow-up. The example shows what counsel checks and what remains outstanding.
Does NISI connect to Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive?
Microsoft 365 is the primary early-access connection workflow for Outlook mail, Outlook Calendar, SharePoint and OneDrive. The sources and enabled actions are agreed for your practice.
The example shows a client instruction beside its attachment, the relevant appointment and the work it creates. Review account permissions and the material in scope before connecting.
What happens when I select Get NISI?
