Scope and company
These terms apply to the GETNISI website operated by NISI Legal Systems Inc. (“NISI”, “we”, “us”), including its marketing content, request form and fictional demonstrations.
They are not a subscription agreement, data-processing agreement or licence for the live NISI application. Product use requires the relevant service terms and an agreement with your practice.
The demonstration and legal information
Example names, correspondence, documents and matter details are fictional. The interactions illustrate workflows; they do not analyse a real client matter. Nothing is sent, filed or scheduled by the demo.
The website does not provide legal advice or create a lawyer–client relationship. Do not rely on a fictional result to decide a legal position, calculate a deadline or act for a client. Qualified counsel remains responsible for professional judgment.
Product descriptions may evolve. The Connections page distinguishes documented early-access workflows, setup-dependent intake and planned connections. A demonstration does not guarantee that every shown feature or integration is available for your practice.
Early access and commercial terms
Submitting the early-access form sends your details to NISI’s website service. An on-page acknowledgement confirms that the request was saved. No automatic email confirmation is sent.
A request does not create an app account, paid reservation, preorder, subscription, charge or obligation to purchase. It does not guarantee access or a launch date. NISI may contact you about fit, availability and next steps.
Service scope, pricing and any purchase, billing, cancellation or refund terms must be provided separately before a purchase. The website request form takes no payment.
Using the website
You may browse and explore the fictional demos for lawful evaluation. Submit accurate contact details. Do not include confidential client material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, interfere with the site or attempt unauthorised access.
Respect others’ rights. Nothing here prevents conduct protected by applicable law.
Your demo inputs
Demo instructions update the example in your open page. They are not sent to a server or AI service and are not instructions to NISI Legal Systems Inc., a law firm or a lawyer.
Typing in the demo does not transfer ownership of your text. Use fictional information. The Privacy policy separately explains the request form, analytics and website data handling.
Content and intellectual property
NISI’s branding and original website materials belong to NISI Legal Systems Inc. or the relevant rights holder. Third-party components retain their own licences. Browsing the site does not transfer ownership of its branding, software or content.
You may view and share website links for lawful purposes. Do not misrepresent an affiliation with NISI or reproduce protected material beyond permission or applicable law.

External sites have their own operators, terms and privacy practices. Provider names identify services; they do not imply endorsement. Links to regulatory guidance do not imply that a regulator endorses or certifies NISI.
